Thursdays from 12:00 – 1:00pm EST and runs from January 9th, 2025 – November 6th, 2025. There is a break for 4 weeks in the summer for the entire month of July. We do not meet live every single week, but we suggest you book your calendar as if we do! There can be changes in the calendar due to #life, or your pod may decide to meet to work through content together. All live events (excluding office hours) will be recorded and made available as a replay.

We suggest 1 hour for the content (some weeks are more, some weeks are less) & at least 1 -1.5 hours for implementation. Libby suggests planning an hour work block immediately after your group coaching time so you can do the work while it’s still fresh! You need to plan what you will CUT to ADD this into your week!
You do you, boo boo! Every week the content will be loaded into your group so you can watch it on your own time. If you prefer to fly under the radar you certainly can participate in the group like it’s an online course. You will get the most out of it by participating live, getting to know other cohort members, and interacting with Libby and our Guest Experts, but you will not be deprived of any content should you choose to lurk in the shadows! We honor everyone’s personality and want to make this available to introverts and extroverts alike!Â

There is a community aspect to the group, so you can post questions and interact that way too.Â
TOTALLY! In fact, we welcome that whole heartedly! We love when your operations people are in on it and actively participating in the group. We do ask, however, that if more than one advisor is attending, that you are indeed business partners and part of the same team.
We will make sure that you have access to your group’s content for two years from your start date. So, if you fall behind or life happens, you still have more than sufficient time to get through all the content. Or, if you stay up-to-date, you are more than welcome to go back through and refine and elevate your processes.
Nope! It doesn’t matter what kind of business you run, who your ideal client is, or what your compensation structure is… everyone needs systems and processes! We have had all types of advisors experience great transformation from this program. After 16 years with a Broker Dealer, Libby speaks fluent B/D and is able to adapt *most* processes for advisors who don’t control their tech stack or have stringent compliance guidelines. In fact, being in a mix group gives diversity to the group and challenges advisors in their thinking… it actually makes it more fun! But, regardless of your structure, you will be able to apply everything to your business in one way, shape or form.Â
