7 Lessons

Phase One of Onboarding is all about setting the tone with professionalism, empathy, and intention. Your client just made a big decision, and during this early window, they’re watching closely to see if they made the right call. This module focuses on creating a seamless, trust-building experience through proactive communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful touchpoints.

Phase 2 is all about deepening trust with intentional touch points that surprise and delight—making clients feel confident, cared for, and excited to work with you long-term. Module 05:
4 Lessons

Phase 3 is where you wow your clients with thoughtful, unexpected touches that reinforce your value, solidify loyalty, and make your experience unforgettable. We'll talk about gestures or gifts that fit any budget and the Day 90 Check-In that seals the onboarding experience deal.

There are two ways to approach this course:

  1. To do the entire course in order. Taking in each lesson, doing the work, and implementing. This method is for advisors that want to do it all… they like the background of each piece, the why in addition to the how. The advisor that likes to really understand the details before implementing. The ones that want to get each and every hard earned penny out you spent out of this course. This will take approx. 8 hours to complete.
  2. To take the Fast Track: This is for the type of advisor that just wants to get the most results out of the smallest effort. I've identified the biggest needle movers for you and you can just watch those lessons and do the work. This will take approx. 4 hours to complete. 

There are 7 modules (outlined above on this page). Each has several lessons. You'll watch the video for each lesson, download the resources (templates, cheat sheets, guides, and more!). You'll make it your own, add it to your onboarding workflow, and implement!
