BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY...
I've been exactly where you are.
I built, scaled, and sold a seven-figure financial advisory firm. And before I started teaching advisors how to build better systems, I had to figure out how to do it myself.
I know what it feels like to build a successful practice while wondering how you're supposed to keep all the plates spinning.
WHERE IT ALL STARTED
I started my advisory firm at 23.
I was young, ambitious, and willing to work my tail off. And I did.
There were seasons when I worked 80-hour weeks, serving clients, building my business, and managing every little detail.
I became the system.
If something needed to get done, I remembered it. If a client needed something, I handled it. If there was a problem, it came back to me.
And for a while, that worked. Until it didn't.
THE MOMENT EVERYTHING CHANGED
Something had to change.
When I became pregnant, I realized I didn't want to choose between building a successful business and having a life outside of it.
I didn't want success to mean making more money with less time to enjoy it.
So I started designing a business that could work without me doing everything.
It started with one process.
One repeatable SOP. One task documented, templated, and taken out of my head.
Then another. And another.
I built systems, created templates, documented processes, and got intentional about what I did, what my team did, and what neither of us needed to be doing.
Little by little, my business stopped depending on me to hold everything together.
And that changed everything.
The result? A business that supported the life I wanted.

I don't believe the best advisors should have to be the busiest.
From the outside, your business looks great. Revenue is growing. Clients are happy. Your team is expanding.
But underneath the hood? Too much still lives in your head.
You're answering questions your team should be able to answer, double-checking work, and solving the same operational problems over and over.
You know you need better systems. You just don't know where to start—or when the heck you're supposed to find the time.
That's the advisor I built The Efficient Advisor for.
WHAT I BELIEVE
I want more time AND more profit in the hands of good advisors.
Efficiency isn't about squeezing 47 more things into your Tuesday. It's about designing your business to create more capacity, more consistency, a remarkable client experience, and ultimately… more freedom.
The goal is growth without more of you.
Today, that's what I help advisors build.
Through The Efficient Advisor Podcast, courses, speaking, workshops, and my Systems to Scale™ Group Coaching & Mastermind, I help advisors turn everything floating around in their heads into simple, repeatable systems their teams can actually follow.
Not generic business advice. Not another pile of ideas to add to your to-do list.
Practical. Tactical. Advisor-specific.
Because knowing what to do usually isn't the problem. Getting it done is.
I've made plenty of mistakes along the way, too.
I've overcomplicated processes. Hired people without giving them what they needed. Tried tools that created more work instead of less.
And I've learned that if you automate a half-baked process…
You're just doing a half-baked process faster.
You don't need to completely reinvent your business. You just need to know what to work on next—and keep making things a little better.
Your business should give you more—not require more from you.
More capacity. More consistency. More confidence in your team. More space to think like a CEO.
And yes, more time for the people and things you built the business for in the first place.
I know it's possible. Because I built one.
And now I'd love to help you build yours.
